She joined the MECE family in 1997 as a Senior Twos teacher. Serving as Assistant Director since 2012, Lisa’s strong background in both early childhood education and business management strengthens MECE’s commitment to quality and excellence. She and her husband of 25 years, George, have two sons, John and Zachary, both of whom she entrusted to MECE for their early education. Miss Emily
Carmela Carlos
discovered MECE several years ago when she observed the Kindergarten class as a part of an Early Childhood class at Palm Beach State College. She felt fortunate to work in the school's first year of summer camp, Camp MECE, which she loved so much. She felt honored to become an assistant during the school year. Miss Carmela is currently in school, working to get her Associate and Bachelor’s Degrees. Her endless care for her three younger sisters, outgoing nature and love of putting a smile on people's faces has given her a passion for teaching ever since she was 12. She is filled with gratitude to be a Teacher in the Senior Twos and thanks God for guiding her to MECE.

Kelly Woodworth was introduced to MECE in 2010 through an attending family who saw the perfect match between a loving school and a loving teacher. She accepted a position working as an assistant teacher with Senior Twos, and was promoted to Lead Teacher in 2019. Kelly's love is an overflow of Christ's love in her own story, and she shares this great gift in everything she does. Her passion is to love each of her students and provide them with the feeling of safety and abundance. Miss Kelly lives with her beautiful daughter Samantha (a MECE volunteer) in Delray Beach where they attend The Avenue Church and are active there with student ministries.
